Managing and Sharing Spheres

Once your Sphere is active, you can monitor its usage, customize its appearance, and share it with others using the following tabs.

Conversations Tab​

This tab provides a complete, chronological history of all conversations that have occurred with this Sphere. You can review past questions and the AI's responses, which is useful for:

  • Auditing: See what questions are being asked and how the AI is responding.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze conversations where the AI may have produced an incorrect or unexpected result.

Analytics Tab​

This tab offers a dashboard for monitoring your Sphere's usage over a selected time period (1h, 24h, 7d, 30d, or a custom date range).

  • Conversations: The total number of unique chat sessions initiated.
  • Messages: The total number of individual queries sent by users.
  • Flagged messages: The number of times a user has marked a response as unhelpful by clicking the thumbs-down icon. This is a valuable metric for identifying areas where the Sphere's understanding or data context could be improved.

Customization Tab​

This tab allows you to customize the look and feel of the Sphere's chat interface. These settings are especially important if you plan to share the Sphere publicly.

  • Avatar: Upload a unique icon for your Sphere to give it a distinct identity.
  • Chart colors: Define a color palette of up to 10 colors. DataSphere will use these colors when generating charts and graphs, ensuring they align with your brand's visual identity.
  • Greeting: Set a static or AI-generated welcome message that appears when a user first opens the chat.
  • Conversation starters: Edit the example questions that appear as prompts for the user.

Integration & Sharing Tab​

This tab allows you to share your Sphere with others outside of the Elaniin AI Platform.

  • Share sphere toggle: When you enable this toggle, the platform generates a unique, public URL for your Sphere.
  • Public access: Anyone with this link can access and interact with the DataSphere chat interface without needing to log in. This is an excellent way to share data insights with stakeholders, clients, or other team members who do not have an Elaniin AI account.
