Billing

This guide provides a comprehensive overview of the Elaniin AI billing system, including subscription plans, the credit system, and how to monitor your usage.

Subscription Plans

Elaniin AI offers a range of subscription plans tailored to different needs. Each plan includes a specific number of monthly credits and access to certain features.

The Credit System Explained

The platform operates on a credit-based system where every operation consumes credits.

Plan Credits

Your subscription provides a fixed number of credits each month. These are your primary source of credits and are consumed first.

Monthly Reset

Plan credits reset on your monthly billing date. Unused credits from your plan do not roll over to the next month.

Extra Credits

If you run out of plan credits, you can purchase extra credits to avoid service interruptions.

To purchase credits, navigate to the Manage Plan page and click Add credits.

  • Cost: $1.00 USD = 10,000 credits.
  • Consumption: Extra credits are only used after all your monthly plan credits have been depleted. They do not expire.
Billing Permissions

You need to have the Team Admin role to see Manage Plan and the Add credits button.

Managing Your Plan

The Manage Plan page is your central hub for all billing-related actions. From here, you can:

  • View current usage: See your remaining plan credits and extra credits.
  • Change plan: Upgrade or downgrade your subscription to better fit your needs.
  • Purchase extra credits: Add more credits to your account.

Monitoring Credit Usage

The Administration → Credit Usage page provides a granular, real-time view of how your team is consuming credits.

Credit Usage Dashboard

At the top of the page, you'll find summary charts showing interactions and credits used for different resource types, such as:

  • Agent: Credits consumed by your SenseFlow Agents.
  • DataSphere: Credits consumed by your DataSphere spheres.
  • Untracked: Credits consumed by direct API calls or other interactions not associated with a specific, named resource (like the Create with AI or Enhance with AI features).

Usage Log

The main table provides a detailed log of every credit-consuming interaction.

ColumnDescription
DatetimeThe exact timestamp of the interaction.
Resource nameThe name of the Agent, Endpoint, or Sphere that was used.
TypeThe type of resource (e.g., Agent, Smart Endpoint).
Interaction TypeThe specific operation, such as Model Request (input) or Model Response (output).
ModelThe AI model that processed the request (e.g., GPT-4o Mini, Gemini 2.0 Flash).
Credits usedThe number of credits consumed by that specific interaction.

Filtering

You can use the Filter by button to refine the usage log by:

  • Type: Show only Agent, Smart Endpoint, or DataSphere usage.
  • Model: Isolate usage for a specific AI model.
  • Date: View usage for today, yesterday, this week, or a custom date range.
