Manage API keys and third-party service connections.

API Keys​

API keys are used to authenticate your requests to the Elaniin AI API.

  1. Click + Create API Key.
  2. Give the key a descriptive name (e.g., Production Web App).
  3. The key will be displayed only once. Copy it immediately and store it in a secure location. For security reasons, you will not be able to retrieve it again.

WhatsApp Numbers​

Connect a WhatsApp Business number to use with your SenseFlow agents.

  1. Click + Add Number.
  2. Provide an Alias (a friendly name for the number) and the WhatsApp Number itself.
  3. Click Continue. You will be redirected to a Facebook/Meta dialog to authorize the connection.
Important

Once a number is connected to SenseFlow, all incoming messages will be managed exclusively by the Elaniin AI Platform via the WhatsApp Business API. The standard WhatsApp Business app on your device will no longer receive messages for that number.
